September 16th we are hosting our 2nd annual Deadlift & Drag fundraiser for Radically Fit to help us sustain our new offerings in our NEW gym space for the coming year! We will use these funds to purchase new equipment to build out our gym, add new classes and keep our doors open. Our new location will also offer space for local Black, Indigenous, and people of color bodyworkers and health practitioners of different healing modalities to support our community.
​
We will also share a portion of the donations with Decolonizing Fitness, a Black trans owned and operated online fitness platform, to help them build out their new space! As Radically Fit continues to access and grow our community bonds, we want to ensure we also continue to support other QTBIPOC communities across the U.S. under systems that continue to oppress and attack us. We have been successful because of our community support and want to continue to nurture reciprocity.

After our big lifts, we are hosting a fabulous drag show led by our own Hollywood Texas & some other amazing performers! DJ Sucia will be playing jams at the deadlift meet and the drag show ~ we encourage folks to bring those dollar bills for our performers! It's a Deadlift & Drag extravaganza, come through for community, music, food & drinks, raffles, connection & celebration - Radically Fit is celebrating 5 years!

You will receive grounded & practical support to recalibrate your goals and approach toward reaching them. Includes a questionnaire in advance of the 1st session to find focus, a 90-minute coaching session to dive deep, identifying obstacles & designing strategies to support you, a 30-minute follow-up call to refine your strategy and clarify next actions with support between sessions. The program ends 30 days after the main session.
Courageous Parents Sessions
Dr. Chrissy Chard (she/they) is the founder of Courageous Parents, a parent coaching practice that is heart-centered, values-aligned, and honors the humanity and wisdom that's inherent in our children and ourselves. Through an individualized, values-based approach, she supports parents in their own healing journey so they may do the important work of raising the next generation of social change agents. Apart from spending quality time with her three kiddos and partner, some of their other favorite nervous-system-regulating activities include lifting heavy weights, connecting with friends, cold plunging, going for a walk alone, going to therapy, using fidget toys (#ADHDparent), and dancing solo in her living room.
