Meet The Instructor
Blare (she/her) is a Pakistani American, Personal Trainer, Assisted Stretching Practitioner, and lifelong multidisciplinary athlete with lived experience of chronic pain and disability. She deeply understands the experience of loving moving your body, while also confronting ever-changing limitations, needs, and access to space. When working together, she prioritizes meeting people where they are and collaborating with the client towards their own goals, utilizing science-based programming and the co-creation of a safe interpersonal space to support their growth.

If you’d like to discuss your goals around reducing pain, increased freedom of movement, or another way you’re building your relationship with your body, she’d love to meet you.

"I love Radically Fit and I was so excited when I heard you were offering a group class for trans teens to work on strengthening their bodies. I wasn’t sure if my 14 year old AMAB kiddo would be interested or do more than the very first class so I tentatively signed them up. They are not an active kid and haven’t done any kind of movement, sports, group training since they were in kung fu for one year when they were 6. So it was quite the gamble. They acquiesced with the statement that if I thought it was good for them then they would do it.
We kind of got the best accidental one on one training situation when Eli ended up being the only student that could make it to the class. It was this environment and Blare’s excellent coaching skills that kept Eli from getting frustrated and wanting to quit after that first class. When I tell you that I didn’t have to drag this kid out of bed and to the gym every Sunday for 8 weeks, it is a huge deal. Never has this been the case when it wasn’t something they had wanted to do. I was over the moon about how easily this kid would get ready and ride in the car every Sunday at 10:45 when they would normally be sleeping still. In teenager terms this equals 5 stars, and I would recommend this class to anyone.
Blare is a very knowledgeable, compassionate and patient teacher and knows how to work with kids with AuDHD, as well as hyper mobility. Thank you so so much Blare and the Radically Fit community for offering this class to help my kiddo get better acquainted with their body and all the great things it can do. "
