Our workshop series invite us to dive deep into movement and are weekly 1-hour small group classes, with a total of 4 classes. You must sign up and pay for all 4 classes before the start date to attend.​ All workshop series take place in-person at the gym.

Sensual Chair:
Dance & Tricks
Unleash your inner dancer and learn new skills and movement in this dynamic chair dance workshop! You will work on a variety of foundational chair tricks that will be integrated into two different choreography pieces, each about 90 seconds long. What to bring:

Knee pads
-
Socks
-
A water bottle
-
Clothing that fully covers your legs (bodysuit, leggings)
Katie (she/her) has been dancing for over 35 years and is trained in a variety of styles, including ballet, tap, jazz, and contemporary. In 2021, she took her first chair class and has been passionate about it ever since. As a former fitness instructor who taught Zumba and Spinning, Katie brings a wealth of experience to her classes. She uses her extensive dance and fitness background, along with her professional training as a social worker, to create a safe and welcoming space for everyone to move and explore.
