Knees & Ankles (April 17th) | Spine (May 15th)

Overview
Join us for a hands-on, educational 4-part workshop series designed to help you understand, strengthen, and protect your body’s most vital joints. Each month, we’ll focus on a specific area of the body, using focused mobility and stabilizing techniques that have practical applications for resistance training.

What to Expect
In each 2-hour session, participants will:

  • Explore the anatomy and function of the featured joints

  • Learn mobility, stability, and strengthening exercises specific to that area. This will also include a breakdown of how to approach the joint if you are hyper-mobile

  • Build a personalized “toolbox” of exercises to keep those joints healthy and resilient

  • Discover how to integrate joint care seamlessly into their regular resistance training routine
