Each month, we’ll focus on a specific area of the body, using focused mobility and stabilizing techniques that have practical applications for resistance training.

What to Expect
In each 2-hour session, participants will:
-
Explore the anatomy and function of the featured joints
-
Learn mobility, stability, and strengthening exercises specific to that area. This will also include a breakdown of how to approach the joint if you are hyper-mobile

Build a personalized “toolbox” of exercises to keep those joints healthy and resilient
